All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Login credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Sharing login credentials, course access, study materials, or any academic content with others is strictly prohibited.

In case of technical issues related to the platform, account access, or course content, students may contact the support team for assistance.
Famocity Academy will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
However, the academy is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or other technical problems originating from the student's side.
6. Class Schedule & Changes
Class schedules, faculty assignments, and course structures may be updated or modified as required.
Students will be informed in advance regarding any significant changes whenever possible.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Famocity Academy provides quality education, guidance, and academic support.
However, we do not guarantee specific scores, ranks, admissions, or results in examinations such as NEET, JEE, or any other competitive exams.
Student performance depends on individual effort, attendance, consistency, preparation, and dedication.
8. Compliance with Academy Rules
Compliance with all academy rules, guidelines, and policies is mandatory for every student.
Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of course access without any refund.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
